Sat-a-day.

I had a simple yet romantic Saturday. I definitely did not "sat" the whole day. I walked alot.

Met up with ZQ late... at about 8+, he came up to granny's before we set off for our 'rendezvous'.

On an impromptu basis, we ended up at Clemenceau area. After he parked at UE Square, we literally walked the whole of Robertson Quay all the way to Zouk etc... and walked back. The night was cooling and somehow, romantic. We strolled an hour plus, hand in hand, talking, joking, just, enjoying the breeze and walk.

We passed by so many clubs and we were dressed like shit (but it felt damn good) passing by all the carefully dressed people out to impress each other in their low cut / thick makeup / heavy scent etc. Suddenly felt that it's such a chore to dress until like that... and felt so free dressing down! Hmm, Iimagine if you could club with berms and tee and birkins. Hahah. Suddenly I'm thinking of Deborah Morgan's DANCE WITH ME~

"OH COME AND DANCE WITH ME, MY BABY,

LET'S DANCE, TILL WE, GO CRAZY..."

Imagine an immaculately dressed sexy girl dancing to that tune, it would be so enticing right?
How about dancing to that song when dressed in market-wear. So UNAPPETIZING. Lol.

UE Square was our 'Qing Di' - Love ground. Sort of.

Well the first time me and ZQ and another mutual friend hung out in the wee hours of the morning. We were seated at those tables with umbrellas.

I was telling him how quickly time passes. And the mood was TOTALLY WRONG. =/ Because this time we were seated there, we were surrounded by so many Indian teens who were making helluva noise. But fine la, can see they're really enjoying themselves.

And so we headed home. With nice music from Gold 90 FM.

"Actually quite relec hor, got someone accompany thru a slow drive home" - ZQ's almost exact words. I'm glad we had a relaxing trip out and home. It was really damn relaxing. Especially when one of Carpenter's tracks was aired.

Swiss Roll from Rich and Good Cake Shop. Thanks to ZQ who went all the way to get it. The last time we tried to hunt for that place (and with my short temper), we found it but it was CLOSED! Imagine my disappointment...

I would say that my love for kaya will never die!

'Milka' cow cow from Aunt Susan =), all the way from Russia!

I love the cow so much... i keep playing with it and calling its name... 'Milkaaaaa... Milka...'

Sooo addictive to call. Poor cow, seriously has no choice but to be named 'Milka', since that word is sewn on its head and body. Tattoo! Hahaha.. Not funny =(

MILKA~~~~!!! Milk milk milk... Okay stop it... Check out the tongue, reminds me of my fav jap milk candy girl... that Peko-Chan (girl with the braids and tongue).

So much about that.

I've been sick on an off. First I got a cold, then it was the gastric... and these two days I'm down with a cold again! And a cranky throat... with a throat like this how the hell to savour the contents of Milka? I'm gonna have to get bros to help me eat them but I don't really dare to hand it to them... COS THEY'RE SO GONNA EAT AND THROW AWAY THE WRAPPERS!!! I'll have to supervise them while their eating. =(

As most of you would have already known, I not only keep stuffed animals but also, wrappers and packaging!!

Just how many times do I need to repeat myself about this packaging thing? Damn.

During my free-er days these weeks, I tried to 'filter' my packaging collection but of course in vain again. I still find every single thing pretty enough to be kept.

I don't understand why the fuck I keep so many things.

When the habit started in Secondary school, thanks to Krist who then had a neat album which she kept photos, some packaging (I must emphasize she only kept SOME) and other nice stuff, I started my share too.

AND I COULDN'T STOP AFTER THAT. And I not only kept some, I kept TOO MUCH. I know many people freak out about this WEIRD habit of mine. Like, what's wrong with me???

I have the SuperDog paper packaging for fries. Was having a meal there many months back, and I POURED the fries out before the oil could stain the paper... Like, crazy, right?

If you have a chance to see my collection, you'll see that I keep just about, whatever fuck.

Sigh.

I promised to start arranging them in an album like, since poly? I used to HAVE an album but I took everything out cos I wasn't pleased with the arrangement.

But till now they still in ZIP LOCK BAGS! But the proud thing would be I keep them neatly according to catagories, e.g. Sweet wrappers, Brown bags, Biscuit boxes etc. I haven't really got down to placing them in a fixed album.

Actually, believe it or not, my Grandpa (yup that arty one) also kept some (yup he also only kept SOME) packaging and labels and they're from the 50s, 60s or even earlier!!!

Now that I suddenly remember.

Well, I'm gonna psycho Grandpa to pas them to me. He can be assured I'll keep them with much care (Zip lock is perfect!). OMG, suddenly I feel so excited... I'm gonna call him later! Hahaha.

P.S, If you happen to travel or come across any nice and unique coasters, stickers, biscuit boxes, clothing labels, tags, etc, PLEASE DONATE THEM TO ME thankyouverymuch! Irene and some friends are already immuned to this and they automatically keep nice packaging for me =) Thanks folks.

I also keep cute toys.

And letter pads and stickers and and and... alot of stuff. Imagine my room sigh.

I was a Karang-Guni in my past life. This life I reincarnated to a modern-guni keeping nicer packaging in he comfort of my room.

The first thing he ate when we went out as friends. And now we're eating it together as a couple. We bought it from the same 7-11 too =)

Wedding dinner later! ZQ's schoolmate. What shall I wear, and how to fully enjoy, with a dripping nose?

Monday tomorrow, no Monday blues but jobless-blues.

Can I make money out of my packagings?

Looks like I'll never quit this habit. But at least, it's something that makes me happy.
