TVB's 火蝴蝶 at 7pm daily.

I don't really watch this show everyday but sneak a peek once in a while when I go home early and cos Mum watches it. Last night though, I was on MC and was at home at that hour and a particular scene caught my eye (heart).


Michael Tong (唐文龍), another hottie from the TVB gang.

The lead, Michael, a.k.a Xueru, was watching the movie premiere together with a huge group and, the female lead of this drama (Rain Li) playing a female lead actress in the story (known as Fang Fei), happened to sit next to him. As the premiere started, showing a cheesy but supposedly romantic love scene, their hands accidentally brushed each other's (with PURE INNOCENCE, REALLY!)... and Xueru moves his hand further towards Rain's and eventually... grasped it held it tight (it was mutual... she held it too...)

Xueru closed his eyes to soak up the moment... and plus the blardy sad music... OH MY GOD, AT THAT VERY MOMENT I COULD FEEL HIS PAIN SO MUCH.

就是好像，那么深爱着她，但不能和她在一起。。。

In the movie premiere... the characters said something like time has already been wasted... why can't lovers be together, etc... and it was as if, reflecting on Xueru and Fang Fei's past.

But after the movie ended they had to control their emotions... to be hit by the reality that they could no longer be together.

That same night, he thought hard to himself about them... and suddenly, he decided to do what he should do. He drove over to Fang Fei's place.

Downstairs of the girl's flat... he looked up to see light in her unit. With his eyes fixed on her unit, he dialed her number and when she answered, he made no sound. Almost like instinct hit her, she looked out of the window to see him standing there... she rushed down and ran to him and they were soon in a bittersweet embrace. Nothing else mattered as they held on to each other tightly in the rain... remembering how they had also embraced years ago in the rain as well, how, their love for each other had never faded even though they could not be together for the past years...

and the best part came... Xueru said...“我可以什么都没有。。。 但我不能没有你。。。”

IT IS SO DAMN CLICHE CAN??????????????? But sad to say it worked for me and Mum!!!! I sneaked a look and realised that Mum was TOTALLY ENGROSSED IN THAT SCENE!!!!!! Hahahahahahahahahhaah....


Guess what... sick again! I HAD IT!!!! I will nourish my body with tonics soon... I think I need it. OMG, the number of times I fall ill is unacceptable. I was never like this. 2008 really took a toll on me. I am weak beyond weak. But it may also be because I lack exercise. I still walk alot but I think walking alone is never enough.

Mum is working late these two days... back to no home-cooked dinner mode... and I hear thunder... another stormy night I guess...

Reading The Private Papers of Eastern Jewel now... another qi cham story of asian women... I love it though =) I want a book corner for my sweet little home. ZQ is pretty excited for the home (not the book corner), more excited than our ROM (sadness)...

*Dreaming of my new home and new life*... very very stressful for the pocket. Now I feel it full blast, okay, maybe half. Full blast comes when I start running the hosuehold for real. For now I'll lost interest (temporary) for all the unneccessary shopping. I am guilty of it but now I had better think twice. But... don't tell me the Fifi Lapin tote is my last luxury???

I suddenlt realise again, how on earth I can ever afford children. But, the thought of childbirth alone is scary enough.
