Jon was in Singapore for awhile and it just struck me that time has passed this quickly, and this time he's back, I realised again how much a changed woman I am. So coincidentally, our 'date' fell on the day I had half a day off work and it was truly a bonus.

But obviously, Jon didn't come back for me! I had the impression he was back to see some relatives but I forgot that it might have been for his buddy's ROM.

His buddy who was also my friend. Why, 'was'? Because that is the truth isn't it?

There may be some hypocritcal shite going on but I don't even want to go there because it is too much a mouthful.

Nevertheless, I'm glad that Jon decided to 'visit me'. Though we didn't really keep very much closely in contact but I do appreciate this. It will always be something special we share.

Because I had to hear the news of the marriage from a third party. Maybe he never really treated me as his friend but rather, his buddy's EX-gf, which is double the sadness since I remember clearly knowing him and my Ex on a separate note. It is just sad how narrow minded Asians can be but well, what can I say?

But I told Jon that I won't really blame him, since, 人在江湖，身不由己. If there was me, there won't be some people. I understand. But fuck your thinking.

Glad that you guys are happy, and have a nice life! 'Have a nice life' was one of the WORST wishes I got many years ago from an unhappy incident and you'd be surprised at how these few harmless words can turn out to be major sarcasm if used with the wrong tone. But here, me telling them to have a nice life, is honestly less sarcastic then what I got the other time.

I have no other choice of words in my mind now but to use these words because if I said anything nicer, it would be damn blardy fake.
